THE PROBLEM
Most training programs measure nothing.
So nothing changes.
01

Generic speed and agility

Cones and ladders are fun, but they don't tell an athlete if they're getting faster.

02

No baseline, no proof

Without data on day one, "improvement" is a feeling, not a fact. Parents are paying for results they can't see.

03

One-size workouts

A force-dominant athlete and a velocity-dominant athlete need opposite training. Most gyms run them through the same circuit.

WHAT YOU GET

Four testing systems.
One complete athletic profile.

We measure every athlete with the same pro-grade tools used at the NFL Combine, NBA Combine, and elite training facilities. Four systems running on baseline test day — and we retest at the end of your 12 weeks so you see exactly what changed.

FREE WITH PROGRAM

Vald ForceDecks

Dual force plates used by NFL, NBA, EPL, and Olympic teams. Captures jump height, peak force, asymmetry, and rate of force development. Less than 1% difference vs. laboratory plates.

  • Countermovement jump (CMJ)
  • Drop jump & reactive strength
  • Left vs. right asymmetry detection
  • Isometric strength testing
  • Pro-grade injury risk screening
SYSTEM 2

OVR Score

A single 1-99 rating built from six metrics. Calibrated against 140,000+ tested athletes — the number means something.

  • Vertical Jump (OVR Jump laser)
  • Velo Bench peak velocity
  • Tru40 speed score
  • 5-10-5 Pro Agility
  • Five sub-ratings: Speed, Accel, Power, Agility, Jump
SYSTEM 3

Run Rocket

Pro-grade flywheel resistance for sprinting. Mimics natural sprint mechanics, builds horizontal force, and tells us if you need more speed or more strength.

  • Unresisted vs. resisted profiling
  • Velocity drop % classification
  • Force-dominant or velocity-dominant readout
  • Used by NFL teams and D1 programs
SYSTEM 4

Combine Battery

Industry-standard numbers that recruiters know. Run the same tests scouts watch at the NFL and NBA combines.

  • 40-yard dash + 10/20-yd splits
  • Broad jump & vertical jump
  • 3-Cone L-Drill
  • Bench press (scaled by level)
  • Reactive Strength Index (RSI)
HOW IT WORKS

12 weeks.
Three phases.
One transformation.

Every block builds on the last. We retest at the end of each phase so progress isn't a story — it's a number.

01
WEEKS 1—4

Foundation

Movement quality, work capacity, and base strength. Submaximal loads, technique first. This is where we earn the right to train hard.

  • Tempo runs & sprint mechanics
  • Full-body strength base
  • Low-intensity plyos
  • Mobility & injury prevention
02
WEEKS 5—8

Force

Strength + acceleration. The heavy phase. We build the engine using max-effort lifts and heavy resisted sprints.

  • Heavy back squat, deadlift, bench
  • Run Rocket Levels 15-20
  • Hill sprints & sled pushes
  • VBT-regulated strength work
03
WEEKS 9—12

Velocity

Convert force into speed. Phase 3 turns the engine into expression — max-velocity sprints, depth jumps, and reactive power.

  • Flying 10-yard sprints
  • Depth jumps & contrast training
  • Run Rocket Levels 5-8 for overspeed feel
  • Reactive change-of-direction
REAL NUMBERS

QUESTIONS

Frequently asked.

What is the free Vald ForceDeck baseline?

Vald ForceDecks are pro-grade dual force plates — the same technology used by NFL, NBA, EPL, and Olympic teams. We measure jump height, peak force, left vs. right asymmetry, and rate of force development. Every athlete who enrolls in the 12-week program gets a free baseline test on day one AND a free retest at the end of week 12 — so you'll see exactly what changed.

How long is the program?

The core program is 12 weeks, split into three 4-week phases (Foundation, Force, Velocity). We retest at the end of every phase so you can see exactly what's improving. Most athletes continue into a second 12-week block once they finish the first.

What ages do you work with?

We work with athletes from middle school (age 12) through college. The same framework applies — what changes is load, volume, and complexity. Athletes under 13 use lighter loads and emphasize movement skill and coordination. Varsity and college athletes get heavier work, more volume, and sport-specific blocks.

What if I'm just starting out?

Perfect — Phase 1 is built for it. The Foundation block teaches sprint mechanics, basic lifting, and movement quality before any serious load. The biggest gains in this program happen with athletes new to structured training.

How often do I train?

Three to four sessions per week, 60-75 minutes each. We balance lower-body power days, upper-body strength days, and conditioning so you're not training the same system back-to-back. Your sport practice and games still come first.

What's the baseline test like?

One 75-minute session. We run through every station in a specific order — Vald ForceDeck (CMJ, drop jump, asymmetry), height/weight, vertical jump, broad jump, Velo Bench, sprint splits, 5-10-5 shuttle, 3-cone, and the Run Rocket profile. You walk out with your OVR Score, sub-ratings, asymmetry readout, and a printable athlete report card.

Do I need to be a football or basketball player?

No. The program is built around the four pillars of athleticism — speed, power, agility, strength — which apply to every sport. Soccer, baseball, lacrosse, track, volleyball: all welcome.

What does it cost?

Pricing depends on session frequency and group size. The Vald ForceDeck baseline and retest are included free with enrollment. Reach out via the form below and we'll send a current rate sheet within 24 hours.
