Get Back in the Game—Stronger, Safer, and Fully Prepared
At Vitalis Sports Center, our Return to Play Program is designed to bridge the critical gap between physical therapy and full athletic performance.
After an injury, most athletes are cleared to participate—but not fully prepared to perform. That’s where we come in.
Our program helps athletes safely rebuild strength, restore confidence, and return to sport at peak readiness—while minimizing the risk of re-injury.
Return To Play Program
We don’t just rehab—we rebuild athletes.
Each program is customized based on:
Injury type and recovery stage
Sport-specific demands
Movement deficiencies and imbalances
Performance goals
Athletes progress through structured phases to ensure they are not only cleared—but game-ready.
Make a Confident Return to Sport following an Injury
The Athletes Acceleration Return to Play Program helps athletes transition from physical therapy after an injury to a confident return to safe full participation in sports. By recreating game-like exercises in a controlled environment, athletes are able to practice the demands of their sport, with the supervision of our experienced coaches.
In order for an athlete to participate in the Return to Play Program they must be cleared by their physician and/or physical therapist to begin activities.
POST-CONCUSSION RETURN TO PLAY PROTOCOL
At Vitalis, we take brain health seriously. Our Post-Concussion Protocol follows a structured, step-by-step progression to ensure a safe return to sport.
